Services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session. We accept VENMO, Zelle, and all major credit cards. A link for payment will be sent to you at the time the appointment is made.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be refunded in full. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be 50% refunded.  

No shows or short notice cancellations will forfeit their payment.

We may use email, direct messenger, and/or SMS text messaging for certain types of communication with you, including billing, customer service, appointment reminders and other administrative requests.

Providing us with your mobile phone number is optional. It will not affect our services to you.
